3. Refunds and Rescheduling

3.1 Conceptual Booster Services

For service packages, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided no more than one session has been delivered. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original channel. You may also reschedule your service once at no extra cost. Custom-designed programs are final sale due to their personalized nature; however, rescheduling is available.

3.2 Information Products

Digital products are eligible for refund within 14 days of download if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Refunds are completed within 7 business days. Beyond this threshold, no returns are permitted due to instant delivery.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical items can be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility unless agreed otherwise. After inspection, refunds are issued to your original method within 14 business days. Exchanges or store credit options are available upon request.
